Hayley is responsible for marketing, communications and technology. She is focused on conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaigns and brings her expertise in policy writing, employee handbook development, Human Resources administration, and organisational development.

Prior to taking on her role at Harcourts Rentals, Hayley worked for a national New Zealand not-for-profit in both event planning and human resources roles. Additionally, Hayley has over 10 years’ experience working in legal firms and held a national Human Resources role at one of Australia’s top four legal firms, based in Melbourne.

Hayley keeps busy in her spare time renovating her 1930s bungalow with her husband Brad and spending time with her three year old son and two miniature schnauzers.
