Real estate seems to be her calling as she enjoys the various aspects and variety the industry offers, being able to utilize her skills and knowledge having been in real estate for almost 10 years. In her previous roles, Charnay has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives. She possesses a strong understanding of various marketing strategies especially tailored around real estate giving our Property Management team an edge above the rest.
Known for her exceptional organizational abilities, Charnay has developed a deep understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within the real estate sector. She strives for perfection and to produce an edge above the rest in all aspects. She has fulfilled many roles which have required creative flair and organisational skills, and she excels at running smooth campaigns and events which require special hands-on management. Charnay is organised and proficient, and most importantly she does everything with a happy disposition which makes her a wonderful asset to the team.
Having moved to Hamilton with her family in 2020 from South Island, working for Life Education Trust Marlborough and now Life Education Trust Hamilton Trust too, she is keen to support her local community and supporting charities.
