Zita brings over seven years of experience in property management. Known for her direct and efficient approach, Zita is highly detail-oriented and brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex investments and fostering strong owner-tenant relationships.

Before her transition into property, Zita had a dynamic career in hospitality and event management, including contributing to the successful delivery of several Harcourts conferences in Rotorua. Her background instilled in her a high level of professionalism, organisational skill, and a natural flair for client service.

Originally from France, Zita has lived and travelled extensively around the globe, including a formative six years living aboard a sailing boat with her parents and siblings, navigating the world’s oceans. A true global citizen, she speaks fluent French and Spanish.

Outside of work, Zita is a competitive frisbee player who thrives in the outdoors. She enjoys spending quality time with her partner and daughters, embracing a lifestyle that blends adventure, family, and community.
