Sara has been in the Property Management world for over 16 years. Being with Harcourts Hamilton Rentals, Sara has already received two regional awards, placing in the top 3 for Top Property Manager. Sara also holds her New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4 qualification).

Sara has observed significant changes in property management legislation over the years and supports the professional development that managers now pursue. This development provides a clear career pathway and enhances recognition both within the industry and in the public eye.

Communication is the key and Sara has strong interpersonal skills building a rapport with her customers while ensuring a job well done. Property management isn’t for the feint hearted, no day is ever the same and our knowledge and people skills are always challenged.

Prior to working in property management, Sara was raising a family, selling advertising, and working in the beauty industry. Sara holds a New Zealand Diploma in Beauty Therapy along with a Certificate in Strata Community Management.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys going on outdoor walks, spending time at the beach, watching sports, being with family and friends, and exploring in her new motorhome.
