Mutsuki is a passionate advocate for building positive relationships and brings her warmth and exceptional communication skills to her role as a Property Manager at Harcourts Hamilton Rentals. Originally from Japan, she moved to New Zealand with her family.

With a strong background as a Customer Success Executive, Mutsuki developed a keen ability to listen carefully and respond with empathy, ensuring clients always feel supported. Having rented for over 10 years herself, she understands firsthand the perspectives of both landlords and tenants, allowing her to deliver thoughtful, balanced, and proactive property management.

Mutsuki’s genuine care and approachable nature help owners and tenants feel valued and understood. Fluent in Japanese, she is also able to confidently support clients whose first language may not be English.

Outside of work, Mutsuki enjoys staying connected to the property market by researching trends and visiting open homes. She values meaningful relationships and spends her free time socialising with friends, participating in community events, and enjoying quality time with her family. She also loves Zumba, beach days, and hiking, often accompanied by her beloved Cavoodle, who joins her and her family on many of their adventures.
