Introducing Melanie, a visionary leader and seasoned expert in the realm of Property Management, serving as the Managing Director. With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years +, she has established herself as a driving force in shaping the landscape of the real estate market in Property Management. In 2020, she placed second at the Harcourts National Awards for Overall Excellence and has received the award for Outstanding Contribution to the Property Industry from the Property Council of New Zealand. Melanie has also sat on several panels including the 2021 Property Investment Forum alongside Tony Alexander, Nick Goodall and Nikki Connors.

With a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends, Melanie spearheads innovative initiatives that capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate challenges with agility and finesse.

Serving as the Managing Director of Harcourts Hamilton Rentals for the past 18 years, Melanie is an expert in body corporate management, property management, and financial advisory. In addition to this, Melanie is the Chairperson of Hamilton Life Education Trust, was the REINZ Regional Sector Group Representative for Property Management for 8 years, and supports Property Investment Waikato and Hospice Waikato.

Melanie holds several qualifications including a National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) (Level 5) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in Organic Analytical Chemistry. In addition, Melanie is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Registered Financial Planner.

Outside of work, Melanie is a keen cook and enjoys spending time with her partner Scott and their two sons Oliver and Austin.
